Reservations for our production of A Revelation of Character are now LIVE. This new play written by Patrick Gabridge and directed by Lisa Rafferty, is about a friendship forged and fractured by the fires of abolition. Created for the Associates of the Boston Public Library’s Pierce Performance Series, this play features a deep dive into the lively letters and writings by and between Lydia Maria Child and Maria Weston Chapman. Presented as a concert reading, the show will run November 12, 13 & 15 at Rabb Hall in the Copley Square branch of the BPL. Tickets are free but reservations are required (you know the drill—they go fast).
