NOAA is the official site of the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration and has lot of information about tornadoes, the Fujita scale, and tons of great images of tornadoes.
National Severe Storms Lab (NSSL) which is where the main character in Tornado Siren is employed. Their site has info about the lab, its current research, history.
Stormtrack is one of my favorite storm chasing sites. It has links to all sorts of great resources, plus info on conferences, weather maps, you name it.
Stormchaser.com has some information storm chasing and photos of tornadoes.
The Tornado Project web site has lots of info about tornadoes, plus videos and books for sale.
Chaseday features images and info put together by a storm chaser who lives in Texas, Gene Moore.
Jason Persoff's site has good photos from his chases. Jason is an M.D. and storm chaser, who was very helpful to me while I was doing research on Tornado Siren.
